its not like we have too many games on val to have concerns about stressing the top teams, its the opposite

compare to football, they play 1 to 2 times a week FOR THE WHOLE YEAR, there is like a 2 week break in june or july and a 1 month break at the end of the year, and its a physical sport too where being well rested is important (there is too many games on football but thats another discussion entirely)

or f1, theres quite a big break at the end of the year (2 or 3 months) but apart from that most weeks have races

and on esports we have cs, with lots more games than val too. Maybe you are right and val isnt big enough as an esport yet to give enough visibility to bottom of the barrel teams, but it will never be unless we invest on it and give them more visibility

I cant speak for everyone of course but I watched the whole of 2024 even that being a year where all brazilian teams were TERRIBLE, like trash of the trash
