why are you guys so hot on having less teams from minor regions?
I get it NA vs EU is exciting, but is it still exciting when every second game is NA vs EU? the slots have been fairly well balanced, I just hope they upgrade the slots to 20/24 so that lower regions can focus on play-ins and play other smaller regions while the main event is higher competition. like this we would have less stomps but also more high competition games.
but please stop thinking that we need 6 NA or 6 EMEA teams, its uneccesary, 4 teams is enough to represent a region and for the region to win it all if they are good enough. I think some poeple dont realize regions will get killed if they get only one slot or get merged. we have to see what riot does in 2022 and if they think merging regions together is a good idea, but even if they do the furthest they will go is put South amerika together, putting APAC together makes no sense and kills everyone besides Korea. but imo they will even put turkey seperate because they dont want to miss out on turkish fans but maybe still put south amerika together, since they are similairly good and have similair fanbases

yeah but playing in officals wont bring them up. also we have a LAN every 3 months so thats enough i guess, just make a play-in with 12/8 teams and put japan in there so they get more games against mid regions instead of first round EMEA/NA. then make 4 advance to the main event with 16 teams. soi 24/20 teams
