Goat Stew Recipe

Ingredients:

1 pound goat meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 carrot, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 bay leaf
2 cups beef broth
1 cup red wine
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
2 Add the garlic, carrot, and celery to the pot and cook for 5 minutes more.
3 Stir in the oregano, thyme, and bay leaf.
4 Add the goat meat to the pot and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
5 Pour in the beef broth and red wine. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, or until the goat is tender.
6 Stir in the diced tomatoes and season with salt and pepper to taste.
7 Simmer for 30 minutes more.
8 Serve hot over rice or noodles.

absolutely its a huge difference

yes very much so. you wouldnt understand. I didnt think so either. but there is a BIG difference between a 165 VA monitor and a 240HZ IPS.
Especially on the cheaper side VA panels have TERRIBLE ghosting and makes it feel much worse than actual 165. Additionally i feel like im pretty sensitive to refresh rates. Same model but different refresh rate the difference is still very noticable for me personally but probably not worth upgrading to most people. But like I said my previous monitor was really not good and was a bit smaller too

i used to have a cheaper 165hz VA panel and the ghosting was so bad but i didnt realize it until now

using a phone was a nightmare and i dont know how anyone can spend more than 3 hours on it (unless they really need to)
using a phone should be registered as a form of neck torture
i also became an american writer and author this month but thats a story for another time
