In a world where South Asian teams have already fought against themselves before coming to APAC
look up VCC format all 7 countries have had their own qualifiers
and even tho SA is much weaker than SEA(2nd best region in the world) they can do decent against regions like KR/JP so 2 slots in playoffs are justified

last year it was for one slot in APAC LCQ (first VCT event for South Asia)
this year there will be slots for all APAC Challengers hence less hype
last year the air time for each South Asian Country Qualifier was 8-10 hours(including India)
this year the air time for countries other than India is 5hrs avg while for India is its 36hrs and 20hrs(wildcard) milking Indian Viewership so hard
last year peak was high but total watch time will be more this year
