true but that is hindsight bias, at the time c9 were doing good and there was no reason to drop rossy in such good form. also just because nrg didnt do good in season doesnt mean c9 would have done bad, correlation does not = causation

correct me if im wrong but only 2 teams have won international trophies more than once (sen and fnatic). does that make all the other team's trophies flukes?
so u think luck won them 13 rounds? 13-11 or 13-8 a win, and its only luck if it happens once. if it happens enough to win a trophy that isnt luck, at the end of the day they won more rounds, and were the better team
no
sen failed to qualify to masters shanghai after winning madrid
fnatic hasnt done shit since they won masters tokyo
loud hasnt fell off after champs win
geng bombed out in champs and struggled regionally after winning shanghai
eg disbanded after champs
i think this is a trend
I still can't wrap my head around why C9 kicked Rossy.. he single handedly lead them to victories against FNATIC, TH, and a 2-0 against G2 (legit MVPed all of them). That C9 could have made it to Bangkok, but they chose to be shitty again?? Even if Rossy didn't "mesh" with the team, they sure as hell were winning, and now they look like a mess just like every other year.
actually just running it down like ranked and its working
with the discussion of bonkar and verno leaving…
keep verno
move fns to coach, rossy comes in
he goes to my school, he’s not old enough to go pro
dgzin > asuna, 100t always lose to sen, kru always qualifies for no reason (100t also cursed against kru), and then 100t beats eg and 2g. and in the occasion 100t beats any of the other teams there will be no owning, it will be a 2-1 series
i feel like why gold players being better than plat is such a big image and feels that way is that a large portion of smurfs are in silver-gold elo, and naturally the players in that elo have to match their aim to those smurfs. in plat there’s not many smurfs, and everyone is on equal level. all in all plat players are better but smurfing in gold could feel harder than plat
so you just feel edg will fall off? and you don’t expect sen to be even more in form on the international stage? i feel like this was the same for last year champs, where sen and edg both performed better internationally than regionally.
i say that because they won champs and were the only region to win 3-1 rather than 3-2
I said i STILL see them beating most of the teams, meaning i still thought they were 2nd amid being vulnerable
that one deflection goal vs Liverpool from a few years back was just like Asuna’s lucky shot vs Sentinels
we will see at bangkok. don’t know how the regions will fair against each other but i have sen in top 4 and worst team on trace.
mada = zekken
ethan = zellsis current form
s0m > bang
verno = n4rrate
fns <<< johnqt
fns aim is why nrg cant qualify they r basically 4v5
I don't know where VIT would go but I think they will bounce back and are still a better team than Team Liquid.
maybe they will own 2G? eg is debatable
they should not be 3-0ing these teams, let alone making it this far, is keiko on one or what
I still see EDG beating most of these teams
G2
EDG
TL
SEN
DRX
VIT
T1
TE
finally someone rates edg fairly but trace over sen and tl is crazy
sen almost beat g2, went 49-52 in rounds and 2-3 in maps, and you're telling me there's 3 tiers (2 "BIG GAPPs" and 1 "GAPP") between g2 and sen? and how is vit gapping edg, the winners of champs who also won kick-off, while vit is currently getting shit on.
sen that low after going 49-52 against g2 and edg that low after winning champs last year and kick-off this year
thats respectful, loud do look more like a complete team than the rookies on mibr, and kru is debatable. but for the fact that kru did go farther and came back from the initial loss, that gives them the slight edge over loud. i understand your point on dgzin, but even then, zekken's 1v4 ace vs loud alone had more impact than any of dgzin's plays. sen might not have qualified had zekken not stepped up. now thinking about it, i agree that g2 really dominated the tournament disregarding the final match, but i feel like looking how sen did before the mibr game underplays the "evolution" they went under. the sen team you are talking about is not the same we saw in their past matches. i do agree now that g2's roster should just be in the top 10, but still think zekken or johnqt should at least be in the top 5.
good game, sen sold a lot of rounds and need to work on pistols. on the other hand g2 is looking dangerous and just need to continue practicing.
I honestly think 100T should be higher than LEV, they had to play MIBR, SEN, and NRG, and did good in all those games, while LEV only beat FURIA and lost to MIBR, a team that 100T 2-0ed.
this is just my opinion obviously, but it seems there is some bias on loud, and it also seems as if some teams (mibr, sen, and kru) have been overlooked
how do sen and g2 fair against the rest of the regions?
Son overrated is crazy lol mans been top g/a for spurs for many years now but ig that doesnt say much bc everyone on spurs shit
FNS is the goat
zekken is still the highest rated player in the event
mada and verno are s tier signings
americas looking good
FNS can aim
FNS is the best caller
FNS was aiming today hopefully he doesnt drop in the next map
making rivalries with ghosts, no one said otherwise stop baiting
my goats drangon ranger
what makes DRG such an attractive team lol, I legit just saw them one day in the latest matches section (before franchising) and immediately started liking them
