His raze is good and considering raze is one of the hardest roles in the game, i guess he could stay flex to that position (no jett tho), but keeping crashies is a huge mistake. verno/maybe eeiu are both much better options. and fns replacement is a choice of the org, since no outsider can really determine his worth unless you play in the team itself
