If it wasn't for that Com hiding in spawn + sova ult to stop the defuse round (3 players alive for Fnatic) Fnatic would've had a very good at making the comeback (9-3 to 11-10 + EG on eco)
They would have won that round + EG would've been broke for the next round so it could've been 11-11 Fnatic instead it went to 12-9 for EG and then they closed it out

They played a lot of double duelist in pre-season but on the maps where they didn't it was Miniboo on the solo duelist

Honestly upon second thought they're not that bad but yeah I can see all 3 teams getting at least 4 wins.
Heretics will be tough, Navi/Fut could be tough, Giantx might step up, Koi/Gentle Mates showed promising things but will still get obliterated.

The 3 teams mentioned are gonna smoke the teams in group Omega so they will have to smoke them as well.

They have a chance to beat those teams but it's gonna be hard as fuck to make it out of that group.
If all of the 3 teams play up to their potential Liquid will not make playoffs all year long.

Nah bro EMEA's Breeze, Lotus and even Icebox is easily better than Americas'
Their split and sunset are really damn good but those maps are literally good maps for a lot of teams at Madrid like KC, PRX and EDG.
What you said is probably true for Ascent but yeah their Ascent looked really bad so I don't think it matters.
Bind is a middle-ground map where all regions can beat each other
Yeah maybe teams get cocky for no reason but yeah I definitely think teams like Paper Rex, EDG and KC want to find out how good their split actually is. The other teams will probably ban it and test how good their Sunset is.
Looking at it teams like KC, Gen.G even Heretics and EDG have pretty good map pool into Sentinels
Honestly can see both EMEA teams stomp them on their own map pick + beat them on Sunset but they might fix one of their weaker maps come Madrid or Sen might prove they're too strong on their maps (Split, Sunset, Lotus and maybe Bind).

Breeze easy W for Heretics (only played once but haven't seen anyone be so crazy good on Breeze in a long while)
Sunset very good map for both (leaning towards Sentinels tho)
Bind a lot of footage on Sentinels so Heretics might cook them on Bind
Lotus good map for both
Icebox meh haven't seen nearly enough (probably better for Sen)
Ascent permaban for Heretics but Sen ain't good on it either (might be the play for Heretics to ban split and trust that Sen won't pick Ascent)
Riens is literally him and he hasn't even shown 50%
Bold prediction would be neither EDG or Prx makes playoffs (one of them will only need 1 more win that's why it's bold)

Team Heretics v KC to qualify for playoffs
If it's straight up fundamental Valorant Sen is the damn favorite to win the tournament but that won't be the case with teams like Paper Rex and KC at the tournament (and Loud as well)
They should be beating the other teams comfortably well Gen.G play incredible as well and EDG have the individuals to match them but they should still beat them.
I think they have already figured out the Paper Rex playstyle so they will beat them as well
Loud will be a tough opponent for them since they will definitely bring something new
KC will be another one of those teams that will give them trouble with their playstyle and individuals (they beat Fnatic comfortably)
But all in all it's looking good for Sen and they should be considered the favorites (at least top 3)
Actual facts unless that crowd buff comes into play for Heretics
EDG will come close to beating Prx but crumble
Gen.G will have a good map 1 but lose the next 2
KC might come in with a bit of fear tho so I don't know if it's a clear 2-0 but if they play at their level it should be a 2-0 and 2-1 at least!
