They have been the exact same as in 2022, with the exact same level of performance. The only difference is that there's more competition now so they end up placing 1 spot lower on average than they used to--which is still a pretty good achievement if you ask me

this dude can create any roster, no matter how good on paper and with entirely different talent scouts and somehow c9 will end up performing
with Cryo honestly I feel like my standards have increased recently and I always rank duelists who can play both jett and raze higher than those that don't, no matter how cracked they are.
as for victor idk, I feel like he'd be 11th on the list sincne hes one of the best razes but his jett is really inconsistent
