IMO the casters usually are so whack that you have to rely on co streams.

For sentinels as a team: I think it is pretty obvious that the team isnt working anymore, roster changes have to happen. It isn´t anybodys fault, just sometimes things just do not work out.

Sure, but this is the best way to elevate your op skills to the next level. This way you can actually take over a game with the op.
Most people usually do not like it when other players use the operator in dm, especially when they are just holding angles where you are not able to do anything.
How ever i find opers in dm that use the op in an aggressive way acceptable, it is a high risk strategy that needs a lot of skill to pull of.
Also with this playstyle you will actually get better with the op.

All the casters, stage hosts, many of the analysts... They really drag down the experience. Imagine Anders and Semmler casting champions instead of these people.

Why do you think they would cut there IGL who helped them to reach the semis of berlin right before the lcq? The only reasonable explanation would be that he is difficult to work with and the team is not able to play with him anymore. On stream he is toxic most of the time, which is especially bad for a igl who has to keep his cool.
Also they are replacing him with some randoms and not an amazing igl, which indicates that there was no back up plan and that the decision was made after berlin.

If we want to draw comparisons between CS and Valorant Tenz is probably the Get_Right of Valorant. GTR played in the best team in the world back then and was the best player, but it was the early days of CS:GO, we did not know what is possible yet. And even still, there are players like cNed that could be better, if they had the right pieces around them.
S1mple on the other hand always played with really disfunctional teams that were really flawed, but still managed to perform like nobody else ever had. Even his current NaVi team still has a mediocre IGL for my money, even though they are Nr.1 in the world.
Having a bad team drags your potential down. People think that you can frag out a lot more, but in a bad team you will have to eco a lot more, will be forced in really disadvantages situations like retakes, and you get less support.
Here a analogy for you: Imagine TenZ and S1mple are NBA players.
While Tenz has players that are good at passing and needs to do his shots from there, s1mple literally has to dribble around 5 players that stand in his way and needs to make his shot.
S1mple probably is the single best FPS player of all time for my money.

Yeah but they choke way to often, and acting like this is a non issue won´t fix it. If Gambit chokes again the org has to take actions because this team could actually win something in the international landscape.
They played really good, it is just that Gambit also dropped off. But still a more then deserved win, having so many veterans helps them on stage for sure.
Defeated by them self, this team is Valorants version of TSM (Astralis core), and TL in CS:GO. They need a sports psychologist asap.
