half of those players arent incredible but above average and the other half is very inconsistent. sure the original DRX roster was good but they had clear limitations when facing the top teams.
no coach has survived for as long as termi in different metas, scouting and nurturing players. getting rid of him is like a death sentence for drx

all in all the best coaches are those who can survive in every meta, scout/improve players and be a great leader.
good coaches will be good analytically but when other problems arise such as mental issues, internal problems and horror form they kinda just crumble. a prime example is chet when he was faced with these issues he kinda just never recovered.
