1. don't fill or play other agents ur clearly gonna be a hindrance to the team like astra, fade, viper u juat simply can't have 7 hours on an agent and be good so just keep on playing chamber or finf only one other catogery or agent to master and play
   it's clear that ur losing badly the games u dill for and ur util usage is bad SO play chamber and try one other agent that u feel comfortable on
2. it's hard to judge from this but if ur a running it down kinda player and can't play for or with ur team then u will never improve imo
3. for ur rank i suggest what i always did, try double peeking with a reyna, jett, yoru, chamber, neon, raze so in this rank it's hard to find real support or good support players knowing how to support u and play with u, so instead of that just get an escape agent thst can run away if it doesn't work or trade u at least and go double peeking taking something control
   i started doing this all the time and in ranked u it's a guaranteed advantage or 1 for 1 most of the time
