About the comps, even in the pro levels they change a lot, most of them has "must pick" agents, but when picks and bans gets introduced, this will change, still on Ranked and MM people just play the agent they want, there's not must picks by agent, onlye by function, every match is different.

Join the rankings, lots of players are picked up by orgs only by being in the top Radiants. Heat and Aspas from brazil are on top teams because of ranked, so is Shot_Up, Khemicals, Penny, Zellsis, Shawn, Poiz, Bang, and many others. Do well in ranked and you will be recognized, you will eventuallly play with lots of pros and streamers and get the recognition you deserve, and yes, Valorant is easier than CS, is easier to aim, it's easier to play, the maps are smaller and the tactics are simpler.
