They changed their politics a month ago. They don't want any new players from russia/belarus. All current current players from russia/belarus from all disciplines will be replaced with ukrainian players sooner or later
Even further. They won't hire Russian or Belorussian players. Navi won't be CIS team except for potential buyout full FPX roster.
That's hilarious because Navi said that they won't pick up players from 2 Russian-speaking countries. And I think no one will argue that CIS sub-region is the strongest in EMEA for 2 years
Other organizations will pick up CIS teams
Navi won't take any players with Russian or Belarussian passport in their organization (Full FPX roster is only one exception). CIS teams will be in other organizations

I expected that people would read what type of players Navi are looking for: EU + Ukraine players.
M3C players aren't in this category. That's simple as "2+2=4"

P.S. There are 3 of 12 teams from CIS sub-region in the current system.
P.P.S. If Riot Games give slot to team as sub-region teams. Then I would expect to see Navi as Eastern European team as all Ukrainian players, then expect to see 2-3 orgs for rest of CIS Sub-region (those orgs shouldn't be from that region, as we can see on FPX example)
