The official start time of the 2nd and 3rd game is always after the previous game. so only the difference for the first game is good info so on average the game starts 15 min later.

RR is based on round won/lost and your performance compared to YOUR average. performance has a smaller impact on higher ranks. whats really important aswell is the mmr of you and your opponent, if you lose as silver 3 against a team full of bronze you lose more rr. Now I keep in mind I said MMR and not rank. most of the time your rank and your mmr is pretty close but especially smurfs or accounts that only play 2 games a month might have a rank that is way lower or higher than the rank displayed.
So I assume the systems thinks that you are usually better than your opponents but you still lost so you lose more RR
