Just like every other episode reset. 5 placements for everyone in Act 1, With Ascendant added anyone under immortal might see potentially one rank shift up either immediately or fairly quickly due to more accurate placements. Whereas anyone in low immo or high diamond might be in the new ascendant rank.
saya and leaf are easily in the top 10 NA players
google is free.
or just look at CDL, LCS, or OWL for a rough idea.
NRG, TGRD, PRX, NAVI are probably my top 4.
Jamalesh "Hazed" Cobbanath is an Indian professional VALORANT player for NRG who joined in October to step into the IGL role. He is well known for his fragging and flawless calling as well as his beard, which he hasn't shaved since converting to Hinduism
I feel like XSET or 100T will probably make out of groups in Copenhagen, would they win probably not.
that is also very true, welcome aboard tho
gg EG and their fans, good luck in LCQ
not gatekeeping, I've just seen people trying to say that NRG has a bunch of bandwagoners as of late
I'mma be honest, bandwagons kinda cringe.
GG to EG and their fans.

well he's been trying to do a few funny walls so yes, and considering that
It feels half like a troll but its working
It appears that this what if has come down to. Only one of them are going to masters.
In my opinion, I could see anyone from Hazed S0m or Tex being on the potential to be dropped. NRG has a solid roster but doesn't have a standout superstar player that every other Tier 1 team has. They divide that up between two above average pros in Tex and S0m (the former having been arguably one of the most improved players between Stage 1 and Stage 2). They're just in a purgatory of good enough to make VCT but not good enough for international competition.
But I don't think they'll change the roster until post LCQ. Plus depending on if they get into the Partnership program we'll see what they do.
Dollar store Grimm/Flow battle sage moment
NRG rlly back at it with the unpredictable comps
That just means that they have competition, plus its group stage matches. Itd be a diff story if they lost during playoffs
Except Optic has consistently been near the top of NA having made just about if not every international event, theyve been consistent for longer than Sentinels, they just finally made the leap.
NRG hopium
Seems like my ranked teams comp for fracture ngl.
They wont. Literally worst team in the LCQ.
If youre more comfortable on it and you get kills with it, isnt really a problem. Especially if youre an arm player.
Cant wait to see them lose out. Really sucks for Ghost since theyre a better team.
Lets go NRG. Sadge for ghost
In that same boat as an NRG fan, theyre my team i want them to win, but Ghost have been lights out this stage and deserve it over sentinels.
Name a team in LCQ worse than sentinels, they've shown very little this stage and i highly doubt they improve further towards LCQ. Yes thats opinionated but its backed up by the fact that they fell off really hard. Theres a reason theyre on the bubble this year and its more than likely they bomb out of LCQ as well.
they're not going to, theyre guaranteed last place in LCQ
hate to break it to ya, but you jinxed it
definitely, as an NRG fan Tex was basically going from one of the worst players in VCT stage 1 statistically to in the upper half. Honestly people expected him to be dropped before Android
Ghost deserve it over SEN nobody can really deny that fact. Regardless of this matches outcome
I just want this to be closer than the group stage. As an NRG fan I want them to win but at the same time Ghost deserve LCQ over Sentinels.
As an NRG fan I got the hopium that it'll be a closer game than group stages. Ghost deserve LCQ over Sentinels though so I am torn about who should win.
the teams that are listed in that article are ones that the sites sources have heard or can confirm they applied. I'm sure NaVi and a bunch of other teams that aren't listed right now are still gonna apply.
still think there should be 12 teams for franchising per region.
Curry is great, HOF caliber, but not the GOAT of basketball.
That belongs to MJ.
i dont spend all day on vlr? I just found out like 20 mins ago.
So Riot has stated that they want to keep a 7 map rotation and Split will be removed from Unrated and Comp queues* when Pearl comes out.
It will still be available in everything else and customs. But it will exit pro play in August as well after LCQs.
it looks like inferno from CS or dorado from OW in terms of layout.
They're removing split for this map.
I mean last year the 16 team for Berlin format worked, idk why they just dont opt for that for all masters. Then 20 for champs. But with franchising I doubt we see it change from 12 and 16 sadly.
they do that at LANs already for best of 5's (See Loud vs Optic Grand Finals as most recent example). They won't take an entire map out of the pool.
Its either that or the decider map is a 50/50 toss up between the two remaining maps.
Probably will just give a higher seed 1 extra ban. That or it won't be in comp play for a few weeks post release
