They spent money on cryo but Sean recommended mikes so much they didn’t want to spend money on an AC

The real curse on that org for valorant has been the coaching staff.

Frost (good coach) eventually led to internal conflict with players and was booted as well as their IGL Steel, leading to the collapse of the team

Sgares + Mikes (best coach) he reinvented the team and made a bunch of decent players play amazing, left due to wanting to spend time with family

MikesHd - forced to coach a team after Sean left without a AC or analyst, 2023 became the catalyst of their confidence problems especially for bang, Derrek, cryo and Asuna

From there we have not had a real head coach basically replacing them with past Assistant Coaches, and never really having a reliable coaching staff.

Zikz (brought new ideas, but a system that eventually collapsed)

Something to remember to keep you no longer sad or disappointed.

Winners of masters and champs fall apart more than teams that fall early.

Look at T1, Heratics, Edg, Fnc, EG all the above winners. Somehow fall to a “curse”.

If your team losses or wins there will always be changes. Just watch, enjoy, and appreciate the games. Stop putting too much stress on your life over a video game.

I think most people are being a little too harsh on 100t right now, they clearly had problems but this stage 2 team was basically a reset with new igl and new player. And they played like that and got exposed to teams that had stayed the same the entire year. Just chill a little bit
