main event last time was knockout with the top 4 from both groups, you cant decide who will go to the Masters on group stage

Many? The signed Psalm and dropped him (obviously why) and then just trialed a few guys like Drone, Huynh. But thats normal. If anything they show that you need to stick together for a few months before you get results and not just drop/sign players every tourney
Not really, you cant put someone from the main roster on a women team. But you could with academy team

They want to give many different teams a time on stream i think. So they wont waste the big teams pick with these matches against randoms

Probably not, most of the good teams are the rich and big teams. Teams like Knights, Akrew will maybe miss out. But depends on what selection criteria Riot uses
