Maybe EG, but is PRX not just super mid rn? I guess you could say jingg doesn't have enough practice as last season. But a lot of the teams just seem so mid. But I think that the meta might be the problem from me. The economy is incredibly snowbally, so it might affect the way I view these teams. But i'll see, hopefully the remaining of shanghai and champs goes crazy.
I dont think its due to macro play tho, I think its purely due to the snowbally meta. I do agree that if we re rolled the teams we would have a different bracket, but to me it seems to just be from the snowbally meta. Some of the maps are so one side- sided if that makes sense, that you can come back from 10-2 halfs once you switch to the favored side and be completely fine.
I could straight up be wrong, but I dont think these upsets come from teams having their macro down. But maybe these remaining shanghai matches will change my mind.

I feel like the only teams that have looked truly good are GenG, SEN, and tbh thats it imo.
Idk maybe its cause i cant watch live and that might affect the way I view these teams but I feel like the skill level of teams this year seems lower. And I dont think that should be possible due to the advancements made throughout the seasons. TH look like the best team in the world, then the worst. FUT look horrible then look great. FNC are just mid rn. 100T seems great but so bad at times that I cant rate them that high, same thing with PRX. EDG look bad. Lev look so amazing, yet so bad.
G2 are probably my highlight but they're the reverse TH, look like the worst team ever, then look amazing, but I don't trust them all that much to bring it home (god i hope they do).
Sure, it is, no one is arguing that, but why only count these maps? EDG beat prx in that same event, EDG also beat Geng in that same match. Its disingenuous, made to fit a specific agenda. I dont like it, if you like it go for it, but I just think its weird. Especially coming from the fans of A) Teams out of the event already, or B) Have lost to this "bad" team already.

Call them trash based on the entire career, don't go through these weird cutoffs of maps to fit your agenda and make things seem worse than they are. They havent been looking good I agree, but picking only their last 6 maps is such a weird thing to do just to fit your agenda that a team is simply bad without giving any actual reasoning or logic behind it.
thats also just wrong, against geng they have 24 rounds won. Its also weird that we're cutting it at their worst international appearances no? They beat prx at that same tournament where they then lost to loud and geng, so why isnt that being counted in this weird stat?
I think these types of stats people like to give out are weird since they dont even show the recent results and just try to make teams seem worse than they actually are to fit someones agenda.

Minecraft, was grinding on minemen club, TapL UHC, hypixel duels etc. I was never "good" because those mfs are actually deranged, but I was good enough to fight some really good guys and hold my own before inevitably losing.

Depends on what you like, I'd think the masses would say get out, it's a lot more enjoyable, especially if you're not a "film snob" (someone put the nerd emoji). I watched midsommar with two of my friends, it was a rewatch for one and the first time for the other. The one that was rewatching didn't notice the foreshadowing, the drawings on the wall, the things implied etc, whereas me and my other friend did. I would say we are more snobbish for what are considered critically acclaimed movies, but get out is both. It has those deeper details, while also being enjoyable and not an impossible puzzle to solve for all audiences.

icy is a rookie and lets be honest pretty mid, last time the guard was on stage they got steam rolled. The entire lev roster has more experience than g2 which is why theyre being rated higher. if g2 make it to playoffs I will be pleasantly surprised. They CAN make it, but i think icy will drag them down.
I think the easiest scapegoat is crashies, or even demon1, but you know victor aint gonna want to play without crashies, and it would be messed up to kick demon1 rn.
