its aight. but yeah i also agree for a fact that indonesian tournament are really hard to find like i remember some weeks ago there's tournament where AE going up againts dewa/hike (i cant remember precisely) literally fighting for the 3rd place and i knew it from a vlr threads lmaoo. and also youtube algorithm are not really nice to indonesian valorant tournaments since its all about mobile gaming scene honestly. so its not all vlr mods fault because infact, we didn't even know about indonesian T2 tournament because it didn't include giants indonesian orgs in it. that's just how it works sadly. Some TO's gotta work on their PR. hopefully teams like arf, hike, dewa, can gain some result at international T2 tourneys so they can get exposure as much as they needed

I get some tips for you to getting rid of insomnia hope this helps you but what i sometimes did whenever i can't sleep in my college days was to listen to some classic music like clair de lune, gymnopedie, or nocturne no. 2. And i also like to shut all the lights on my room (including phone) because light sometimes can prevent you to have a nice sleep.
And there's also some therapy that been adviced by some of the professionals (i found it on youtube mostly). Can't remembered it all but i can list some of it for you
