KRU's haven is worse than their Sunset(neon map) or Lotus(raze map), then lets say BLG permabans one of the maps KRU showed, Haven, and KRU pemabans Icebox, then the only maps available for BLG to pick are: Abyss, Ascent and Bind, either of those maps expect for Ascent are maps were Kru lost 13-6 against DRX, and Atom(KRU's coach) said that they were going to practice a lot those 2 maps so at the end it'll not be as easy as you made it look.
Now if BLG picks Lotus or Sunset they just want to lose and deserve a quick 2-0

If Kru loses, then heat probably goes to a BR team for the barrier language, then Kru could get NZR or Saadhak as IGL.

Yeah I feel like we got a big chance to beat DRX, MTA is playing better match by match and the whole team felt very confident about the game plan for every round, last year with in my opinion a worse roster where we had way less firepower and got 0-2'd by PRX which I think has a better roster than 2024 DRX, this year things could go different and the match could be close for any team

I can confirm that haha, it's so frustrating being a fan but it's also more satisfying when they win, and you can see in that lotus that so many rounds in defense were 5v2 5v3 4v2 4v3 and we still lost that because of the playstyle

We might see 2 neon maps tomorrow, cuz I don't think atom is gonna pick Lotus after what happened today, so if lev picks Sunset and Kru picks haven it's gonna be a fun match no matter what

It feels that they have a lot of hidden potential to be shown every match that they end up losing, even the players after losing say that they are insane on scrims.
A few factors that could be the responsible for the previous losses could be the Klaus problem, MTA adapting to a new role and having 4 days to get 4 agents to VCT level, heat underperforming and not having an IGL against NRG.
Now that MTA feels gets into playoffs with more confidence I have more faith in the team to make champs or even win stage 2

They have beaten almost every team that is eliminated + 100T, and even tho they made a risky change they almost won 2-0 against G2 which showed a lot of improve in 2 days from that NRG 2-1 match, so if we are talking about this current moment, they arent worse than MIBR LOUD or NRG lol

You can see comparing the comms from stage 1 against other teams and stage 2 against Sentinels that something with Klaus has changed, probably anxiety, personal problems, internal problems in the team. That doesn't mean that the change was a good decision because right now they have not secured playoffs in 3/4 matches, I'd have had more faith in this change if they did it after stage 1 playoffs, because they'd give MTA time to practice the agents that Klaus was playing or even to change the comps, now the guy has the challenge to get 4 agents to VCT level in 2 weeks, which is kinda hard but the good thing is that we saw an improvement from nrg match to g2 match so faith is still there
