I just met someone who told a story about him losing his will to live, drinking enormous amounts of beer and liquor, gaining about 100 pounds in one month because his life was too much dread to continue.
He is about 60 years old. Him and me were in the same facility to receive mental treatment.
This showed me that life may at times feel unbearable.
At times making sense of it all will be a task of years or decades.
Things will improve.
Dread and depression are not here to last forever.
He is better now. And you will be better too.

Being happy means feeling good about the simple things.
Being happy means not being hard on yourself for enjoying spending your time on vlr.
Being happy means that negativity and positivity are in harmony.
Love is a an amazing tool. And you should consider using it on yourself. 🫵 Quit being hard on yourself. Your struggles are real and an amazing indicator that you are a human being and not some AI slop.
Spending time with people who has the same interests as you is something worth cherishing😁
