i agree with most of what you wrote. that being said, i think the best course of action is to just stick with the roster. changing the roster every season won't work so well.

their weak link imho is the coach. mikes solo coach just isn't working. when sgares was in charge the team looked so much better than they do now, and their roster was the exact same. they need a coach that will keep the players in line in the same style as prime DRX where they focus on discipline. that's why one of my few disagreements is Benkai as a potential coach. I love Benkai. He was probably my favorite PRX player. But, PRX isn't really a team of discipline, rather one of explosiveness. the other coach options i think are fine. nitr0 would be hype to see, especially if he uses his csgo experience to run the team with discipline.

all of your picks for players to replace derrek and stellar are ones that i would've guessed, so good picks there. but again, i do hope the roster doesn't change, at least for the next season. i could see verno being brought in as a development player and a contingency plan in case a player leaves and in case thwifo hasn't been impressing (which idk, since we haven't seen him at all).

but yeah, i think what needs to happen is a new coach so they can get their team structure right and get a strat book that could actually work. every other change must be secondary to that

reasoning:

• C9 are pretty strong, and i predicted they would lose in americas playoffs because of new guy pressure (jakee/runi) and i was mostly right. if they get over that mental hurdle for LCQ then i think they are favorites
• SEN found their lineup (-dephh +marved), it was just a couple of weeks too late to make playoffs. plus, i don't think the other teams can do much better unless they were UBER sandbagging the whole time (inb4 KRU demolishes everyone). FURIA was supposedly imploding a couple of weeks ago (not sure if that's still true), 100T is struggling without sgares, LEV just kind of fell apart (free my man kingg), and MIBR and KRU are just kinda there for the ride (again, unless they're just hard sandbagging)

if i were to rank the teams based on likelihood: C9 (most likely), SEN, FUR, LEV, 100T, MIBR, KRU. if FUR isn't imploding then FUR and SEN are about equal for now
