Brazil and Japan played each other twice in Berlin, with VK stomping ZETA and CR stomping HL. Plus, in Iceland, Vikings was placed higher than CR (and Sharks at the same place as CR). If anything, we are tied up.
Also, LATAM only have two good teams, Australs and KRU. Australs just lost to FURIA and KRU won against Sharks and VK (Iceland and Berlin). The LATAM region itself is behind Brazil region.
Brazil also won against the only time they played vs SEA, with Vikings beating X10.

So I would put:
EMEA
NA
KR
BR = JP
SEA
LATAM

It is richer than all other cities together in Brazil as well.

We have yet to see Chinese teams at LCQ. It will be awesome to watch them against KR SEA and JP.

I don't think this rank shows the average level of teams of each region right. Sure, VS probably is way stronger than average teams in Europe, but is F4Q though? Starting on this thought, I would rank as: NA > EU > KR > BR > SEA > LATAM > JP.

The fact that Gaules or other Brazilian streamers aren't doing that much Watch Parties is not their fault, is RIOT BR's fault. They ONLY allowed watch parties for them during SPECIFIC days, for example, yesterday was paulanobre's day, today is mch's day, and probably tomorrou is Gaules's day. And this format sucks. Riot BR is terrible at doing anything for their community.

Dude this weapon requires somewhat good aim to be actually good. Of course in the hands of someone like TenZ it's actually broken but it is because it's TenZ. It's different from, for example, the old stinger where you could just run and shoot and kill 2-3 people in close range. Or the old bucky with that nasty right click from across the map.
