This might sound offensive but These things only comes to mind when you have too much free time on hand or are procrastinating/ not doing what you know you should be doing . If you actually do something productive progressively you won't think of such things.
I had always palm gripped my mouse but knew that claw grip was superior. Later I tried using claw grip in game , but surprisingly I was popping of headshots after headshots in dms and tdms with 40-50% hs . But in game was going double negative. So I switched back to my old grip and started performing again.
