Yeah for sure I totally get where you’re coming from and I agree with practically everything you’ve said especially the sketchy management this org has been dealing with. I do think mCe comes with his flaws but I personally don’t see other coaches on the market who can bring better results out of the current players this team has. Obviously there will be some tweaks made in the off season but to put it shortly, I think he’s a great coach but needs a little more of a push or maybe help for him to truly find the success he deserves. This C9 team has looked good and it’ll probably continue to look good under his coaching. If we want to talk about mental hurdles then we should be talking about other support staff and not the coach who has proven himself
