PRX lotus with JIng was pretty strong, they can win that.
Viper is not an insta win button, especially against PRX. They were the best team in pearl, an extremely viper dominated map even though they dont use Viper.

S tier teams should expect another top 4 finish or they would consider this season a failure . They can win an international tourney.
A tier teams should expect to make it to an international event and make it to playoff, they would consider the season a success if they get a top 4 finish
B tier teams should make regional playoff and would be happy to not get grouped in international
C tier teams would be happy if they make it to regional play off

Right now the Korean teams are looking good, with all 3 making it to playoff and DRX just convincingly beat TS. And yes i agree, RRQ and TS might challenge for Shanghai, i was thinking if its possible to create a competitive (not a super team, this is at best a international playoff level team) with purely non active PRX players from SEA.
