NRG - only if FNS goes on flash initiator (which ethan plays), so not really
Tier 2 - No way a tier 2 team can afford the buyout
C9 seems like the only option, and I doubt they are on good terms after what happened last time, so it looks like yay's chances are slim

I've been trying to see any justifiable reasons why they wouldn't and I don't think I can come up with any. They're already connected with bleed with the dsg/bleed partnership, they're likely pretty cheap, and they're not favored to win ascension. Only way I could see it not happening is dumb management, dsg winning ascenion, or bleed wanting to respect dsg by not stealing players? (idk about that last one, just reaching for any justifications).
I think the dumb management is possible again sadly, it isn't too crazy to think that they might burn their entire budget on a hero import again (i'm hoping they dont)
Americas:
Loud - Definitely loses, we've been hearing about saadhak and other members leaving which would be devestating, and Loud needs to get a good duelist which will be difficult unless they get mwezra
C9 - Win, it looks like we're gonna see a rebuild around oxy which is going to be great considering how much talent T2 NA has
EG - Loss, it looks like they're going for a super budget roster again which also likely means -potter and/or -jawgemo
G2 - Win, They've had lots of success which means higher budgets and also the duelist role seems very oversaturated right now so they could get a better replacement if needed
NRG - Even, -Demon1 is going to hit hard but there is great opportunity for new coaches and the possibility of -crashies, plus i see the possibilty of +verno or +n4rrate
EMEA:
FNC - Slight loss, -Derke hits hard but I think the roster they have right now is probably going to be it
TL, Biggest win, with all the rostermania there is a lot of potential to rebuild around nats, team liquid is going to step it up huge
KOI, win, similar to TL but they can build their roster around the +demon1
Navi, unkown but probably a win
BBL, win, with all the turkish t2 talent they're down to get some good ones
FUT, same as BBL
TH - no change, (which you might say is a loss because no -miniboo)
KC - loss, sorry but n4rrate back to NA is highly likely
APAC:
GE - win, this is just me being a believer, plus they obviously can go down that much
Talon - win, rebuild around primmie and they cook
Bleed - win, with the less drama they should be better, plus i totally see them picking up dsg members
(a lot of apac will stay the same imo, like prx, drx, geng)
CN:
FPX - win, i've heard some great roster changes for them that i think they could pull off

I’d recommend watching the score esports video about it, it looks like they’re going even more budget than t2, their top trialers were T3, collegiate, and gc players
Also it’s way too early to say NRG isn’t going to make roster changes, we don’t know much yet

When looking at hs%, I always recommend people to look at gun percentages rather than overall. This is because many weapons in the game are designed for hs, and some aren’t, so your stats will be skewed by weapons usage. For example, you do have a 22% on vandal (which still is low, but is better than what you are believing it is)
