there is one global champ points leaderboard, and the 4 teams that have the most champs point (that didnt qualify for champs throught stage 2 playoffs)
this could mean, that the top4 teams with championship points would go to the event. tie breakers are first h2h then round differential if both equal then bo1/ coinflip if they are from another region
