The new Intel cpus are pretty bussin actually, especially i5 13600k(or kf), as for gpus, pure value wise ig an rtx 3060 ti is the most value for money rn, especially if u can get one used, at that point ur getting incredible bang for buck, especially for valorant, i would also suggest sticking to ddr4 for now
