Phoenix is average at every map. I don't think his flash duration needs to be increased because his and kayo/skye's flashes serve different purposes. Kayo or Skye's flashes are more so team flashes whereas phoenix's flashes are for himself to get a kill since he's a duelist. I think his biggest asset is his ulti , it's only 6 points so he essentially gets a get out of jail free card every 3 or so rounds. So I don't think so he needs a buff rn.

Brim definitely needs a buff , reworking the stim beacon is very necessary as it servers little to no purpose and has very limited usage areas

Yoru definitely needs a huge huge buff. Make his teleport faster and the decoy and actual clone of himself rather than just footsteps. But I also think it shouldn't be able to damage you. It can just shoot but it causes no damage.
I also think Cypher needs another buff. Buff his ulti in a way instead of just pinging the enemies once , it attaches a camera dart to each of the opponents bodies which they are then either forced to fight while being constantly pinged or actually take time to remove it. It might seem little unbalanced for close fights so it can be balanced with increasing the ult points required by one and also increasing the time between using the ult and the enemies being pinged.

GE and VLT can probably take on most of the South East Asian teams , not the top ones like X10 and stuff but most teams they can either defeat or give a good fight. For Japanese teams I would say we could defeat some of the lower tier ones but anyone close to Tier 1 would destroy us, and we don't come close to Korean teams

But then , these are speculations. We could be 13-0'ed by Tier 3 SEA teams or be able to defeat Tier 1 Korean teams. You never know until they compete. z

I would say for us APAC LCQ is more about the experience than winning it , all of us know we probably have very little to no chance of winning , especially because of Korean teams

Talking about South Asian players that's not India , I've only heard about the ones who play for Indian teams

Here in India , most of the top tier players are also streamers who get about 500-2/3k watching so most of them have invested into good webcams and good enough setups that running a webcam feed doesn't affect the game much. The players who don't stream / don't have a capable enough setup generally use their mobile phones and something like camninja or something like that I don't remember the name exactly. Most tournaments here have player cams and audience has mostly come to expect it at this point , it's become the norm for more than one reason , number one being that we get to see player reactions after clutches and aces and sometimes they are really fun to watch and it also prevents multiple people playing from one player id which has unfortunately happened once before in this region in the T2 scene so TO's have made player cams nearly mandatory now
I think there was only one big scale tourney here with all the top teams which didn't have player cams in the recent days.

Earlier Astra was a must must pick and you would be stupid not to use her , now it's a bit more flexible. I would argue Astra still has a small edge over Omen but some teams and players prefer the latter because they are more comfortable with at and omen allows a bit more aggressive plays than astra does.

Yeah he's bound to be punished at some level but what's great about GE is that the remainder of the time can hold their own as if need be. Yes taking down rossi helps a lot but hellranger who is the IGL of GE is very good at counter strating so he'll probably come up with something if he sees rossi getting punished repeteadly

We get to have a spot in Champion in LA late this year if we win APAC LCQ which is highly unlikely , although GE can take on a few of the top SEA teams but LCQ includes Korean teams as well who will probably take us down

We have two good teams and then a bunch of promising but very inconsistent teams which someday look like can defeat top Asian team and other days lose to T2/T3 teams
