no but it does negatively impact the people that like playing phoenix. im sure that there are many players who want phoenix to be good again, including myself. more players than those who wanted yoru to be good, more players than those who want old astra back, etc. and why the hell would valorant devs just make a character, see that he's dogshit, and then leave him like that for months or more? In a game where they want a lot of agents, they should take the time and effort to make each agent at least playable.

im saying to have 5 people who have never played valorant competitively to pick up multiple characters and perfectly synergize with eachother on a pro level. its just not possible

i do watch pro cs bro. faze fan in both games. and my point still stands, the agents would be too complex to just hop on and start balling out against t1 pro teams in valorant

it would be the other way around bro. cs pros would have no idea what theyre doing and they will not be able to just rely on aim to win seeing as valorant pros have aim that is just as good. valorant pro teams are also made up of primarily cs players, so they would already have the knowledge of maps, guns, etc. and could possibly take a map off of a cs team. I still think it would be 2-0 in val for val teams and 2-0 in cs for cs teams tho.
