hopefullly he should get a team and end up ok. no idea if uncertainty about franchising is the root of his mental health issues but hopefully it all blows over in the coming weeks

honestly, sentinel is the one position I'd say NA lacks talent in compared to the other positions. this wouldn't be a bad move at all.

posted about a year ago

som should be a full time streamer. ethan and maybe eeiu. only ones who should stay

Bcj to c9

because Carlos didn't think about the repercussions of his actions at all, and his decision fucked over more people than reginald

That’s what I meant to say, that players won’t leave val because tier 2 val will be more healthy than tier 2 cs is currently.

posted about a year ago

Tier 2 cs is more dead than tier 2 valorant will be this next year. I think lots of players and orgs will stay and fight for promotion

posted about a year ago

Same with XSET. They showed they have potential to be a top team internationally. No reason to break them up at the peak of their career.

posted about a year ago

No way V1 makes it

posted about a year ago

i could see xset getting close

If this grand finals delivers loud vs optic will be the greatest rivalry in valorant history

it was a loan

posted about a year ago

They literally built their reputation off of having streamers why would they switch that up now. It’s the smartest move for the org

posted about a year ago

Cuz they didn’t have jing lol

bang raw aim is insane but his iq and decision making is concerning considering he barely puts himself in situations to pop off

posted about a year ago

not even will's fault they just played garbage as a team that map

posted about a year ago

I miss Mimi as a caster, she was so much better than the boring ass casters NA uses now. She’s a good analyst but was an even better caster

posted about a year ago

Yeah they actually played two of the best teams at masters 1, just unlucky for them

posted about a year ago

My hope for them is top 4, because if they get top 4 in LCQ that means they’re a top 6 team in NA and deserve a franchising spot (which is what they’re definitely gonna get)

Why have all the crowd matches been blowouts so far? First map fnc vs fpx was the only map that was close. I really hope tomorrow’s bo5 is good because prx and fpx are the best looking teams but it’s just a bummer we haven’t had that many good maps with the crowd.

posted about a year ago

they following the same script as last masters exactly COPIUM

posted about a year ago

so if theyve only won against ass teams, and those ass teams beat all the good teams to get far in the tournament, what does that make the good teams?

posted about a year ago

Depending on the results of today EMEA might be a 0 team region

And you are so good

imo whoever wins OPTIC vs LOUD will qualify KRU will probably throw

posted about a year ago

fr it was still worth it for kanpeki he gained like 40k followers in 2 days from joining SEN

posted about a year ago

Maybe bench will but not stellar. It’s not that will is bad it’s just they need a top tier jett if they wanna be a top team

posted about a year ago

SEN also threw an eco to take it to OT

posted about 2 years ago

why is this the case? wasnt their cs team a top 5 team in the world for the longest time? i don't really follow cs so I could be wrong though

posted about 2 years ago

i feel like steel thwifo and curry is a good core they just need better players than pwny and dynamic

puffin on zootiez a classic already

Bro typed his PHD thesis in vlr replies I’m dead

posted about 2 years ago

Currently the regions are super even in skill (it’s hard to tell cuz some cracked eu teams didn’t make it) but optic have definitely greatly improved so I think they could potentially beat gambit or fpx. I’d still say emea overall > cuz they won champs

posted about 2 years ago

probably more neon and yoru, as raze is already a meta pick on 2-3 maps

posted about 2 years ago

yeah i think it comes down to the less open maps and more slim corridors to slide out and surprise your opponents

posted about 2 years ago

do you guys think people will start to use neon more now that shes proven to be insane in competitive? its not even like optic only played her on one off pic, they play her on 3 maps, and with jett nerfs coming I think its a possibility

posted about 2 years ago

the maps were toss ups for sure. we didn't even get to see neon victor once tho...

posted about 2 years ago

idk, optic looked decently ahead of loud. loud is a great team, but regardless of the fact that all 3 maps were close its still concerning they had 2 map bans and the first and third map picks and still got 3-0.

posted about 2 years ago

new ghost is definitely making groups

posted about 2 years ago

yeah the NA top 5 is pretty cemented right now only team I see breaking in this stage is maybe sentinels, but I have low hope for them

posted about 2 years ago

yes they won Iceland but in reality I feel like NA is a pretty weak region. They only have 1 good team that can compete internationally,
and the only reason they were able to win Reykjavik 2022 is because the top EMEA teams couldn’t play because of travel restrictions and Covid. So basically Optic had no competition.

also I kinda feel like this run was a bit of a fluke. They lost to Xerxia at the beginning and Loud in the upper finals so they are definitely not as strong as everything thinks but somehow they won it at the end so idk I still think FPX, prime Fnatic and even Gambit are all higher in the rankings than Optic.

I think when everything goes back to normal we will never see NA, Optic and these random teams again. I mean the last time we had everyone competing normally every NA team got grouped and they had no chance

thoughts?

posted about 2 years ago

good, it would be lame if he backed down just cuz he got dropped. might as well stick to his guns

posted about 2 years ago

I want NA to win obviously but hopefully it’s a 3-2 cuz a 3-0 is boring to watch
