1) Free VCT slot: From the looks of it the team that will mostly win ascension is apeks and it's only real competition is Pcfic , if apeks win they can't get into vct as a team as their owner recently purchased vct polaris and so it's some kind of conflicting interests thus if they win, any org can pick this team up and get a slot in the vct easily.( This news seems to be wrong sorry don't consider this point,)
2) Kaajak and comeback seem to be the best duelists as seen from ascension, so many people are heavily wanting apeks to lose in order to pick up Kaajak.
3) Since fnc is looking for a good duelist in the EMEA T2 the most likely options for them to pick up are Kaajak and Xeus ( comeback is still 17 and won't be 18 until June of next year so not available)
