Rework IL's in a way that they can be used as qualification for a Masters every 1 and a half month

1. 16 teams in the regions
2. 4 Masters a year and Champs
3. Every Masters with 16 teams and Champs with 32
4. Masters lasts 2 full weeks and Champs 1 full month so games can be spread out evenly for quality preparation and avoiding burnout
5. Year starts in early January and ends at the end of October
6. Rework IL's in a way that they can be used as qualification for a Masters every 1 and a half month
7. Third party tournaments for teams who miss on Masters so that they don't have 3 MONTHS break
8. Ascension teams become partnered if they win Masters/Champs
9. Financial incentives for Tier 2 teams so that they are NOT forced to lose money every year and eventually quit Valorant
10. Ascension takes place before Champs and the winner not only qualifies to VCT for the next year but they also qualify for the same year's Champions
