The problem with this is:
What is marginalized? Aren't gays marginalized? Aren't black people also marginalized in some countries? Aren't autistic and maybe aspergers marginalized?
The problem is, we can't draw a line. So if you can't draw a line, then better not to have one and allow everyone to compete under the same conditions. Who are we to decide what is marginalized and what not, and base their competitive experience on that?
