Here some self analysis:
Consistency
One day I'm one tap machine, the other day I can whiff some of the easy shots.
Concentration and focus
Ranked for me is all about enjoying and playing with close irl friend after the job. So in some situations I don't have full focus while on discord. I need to be full focused.
Ping
I'm playing on 90 rn, in the past year it was 100-110. In some situations, especially in close range I can loose coz of ping diff. Also high ping give me disadvantage while counter strafing. My opponents die like after 0.5 sec on my screen. Hard to hold angles. I have 240 hz monitor and 152-160 reaction time but ping sometimes is devastating.
Awping. Since I lowered my sens to be tapper like El Diablo, I lost my preferable marksman sensitivity so i need some trainings in DM for flicks. But even my oping skill is OK for this elo I guess. And I'm lazy for this shit. But could definitely be better by flicking on operator.
Overestimating
When I get two + frags in a round sometimes I feel overconfident and die stupidly. Plus I'm a Diamond level in Kovaaks so I feel full confident in aiming, sometimes I do stupid things. That's why I like jett to dash away. Need to work on this.
I don't grind the game.
I have irl responsibilities: full time job, wife and 6 month daughter. Playing Valorant by 5 competitive games in a row 3 times a weeks I guess it's my maximum.
in mother CIS it was like from 9:00-14:00/15:00 irl only, can't imagine those zoomers with online classes its ffs
Imagine ESL and rito shake hands and ESL will make 3rd party circuit for Valorant in EU leauge
NA and Japan are the most wealthiest regions play and watch Valorant
cs only has CIS and Brazil which are 3rd world countries.

Put ScreaM on duelist roles mainly, this guy must wide spread his agent pool for sure.
So mainly according to meta, he should fit his role on Jett and Raze.
Ofc he can play Battle Sage on Split while Dom playing Raze, but this will make ScreaM to avoid Raze - we dont need it! Because comps w Sage is not really good on this map and double duelist comp is big cap. So ScreaM must learn Raze and Jett and team structure should be for made for this playstyle!
Don't allow ScreaM play on support roles - on Skye especially. After the flash nerf this agent is not a duelist anymore, but true support - im telling you all those washed up pros like Roza using Skye soon will be irrelevant, Kayo is much better and most of them even can't learn Kayo LMAO. We need this guy to huan taps delivery and entry. Talk to him about the entry role mens, in this game entry can avoid death by utility usage its not cs:go. Yes, we all watched this bad game on Breeze against Sentinels - but its ok for entry!!! Talk to him Sligg, show d3ffo games, this is one of this games that happes with entry fraggers. He had decent maps on Jett always, bad games happens.
Give Dom Soulcas initiator role mainly - Kayo and Skye. Maybe Raze if you run double duelist comp. This guy is a pure duelist like Optic Victor or SEN Sick. Puting him on Sova is wasting of firepower coz Dom is consistent in terms of aiming.
Jamppi is IGL and least consistent player in the team. He can pop off then throw whole map. Its just statistics and facts. So Jamppi should main Sova mainly! He is 5 head guy, he very versetile and can learn. Also he can bring stable stats on this role in future. Liquid needs Sova specialist on the team. On split and fracture let him play Breach. Jamppi should not op on tside Breach like he did on Split against Navi - its a troll.
Nivera should play anchor agents but might awp like its doing mitch on c9 on Killjoy. KJ, Cypher and Viper. On a lot of maps you can use Chamber instead of Jett and make him play with awp while ScreaM playing Raze or Reyna. So mainly i wanna see Nivera as the main awper, not Jamppi. This decision should go from the management not players, democracy doesn't work on small companies.

Spencer was holding right side if he pushed in the guy from the left would ve killed him without the trade. Stop hate on Hiko, but clip is funny tho) when I was watching it live I was like "hiko peek, hiko help ethan" but Hiko did it well structurally. You usually don't watch on radar during this situations that's why people react like it was a mistake.

Mens Steel is a great IGL and smart guy, I suppose all problems between nitr0 and Steel were about the actual roles and agent pool. Josh fukin Nissan is 32 y.o. gamer, he's innovative af, just watch his streams and watchparties, he knows the structural Valorant, he knows how to play, he knows everything. The problem was nitr0 - washed up cs:go player who didn't want to change as the meta shifting. He's was omen main till the fukin tier10 teams already played Astra, then he switched to Sage role on a lot of maps. Nitr0 was just the guy who get paid, paycheck stealer he doesn't like the game and doesn't enjoy Valorant. I suppose The Great Josh told him everything he thinks then nitr0 dropped him, but after his failure on jett and other agents he realized he already washed up in Valorant and soon get dropped. That's why he called Liquid to pick him up - paycheck stealing in cs:go. Now go and check nitr0 stats in Liquid he's complete bot.
5 head Josh Nissan soon will bring us solid team with T1, we just need to give this boomer some time.
