I made this thread back in Lock/In, he always seemed top 3 mechanically, but I hated watching him for how much he overheats and always prefered QQ who is having a rough masters.
During FGC I couldn't really get a sense if that is improving or not since he was winning every duel, now tho on international stage i can clearly see that even if he still does it but considerably less, he's getting more mature and now he's definitely in my top 10.

You're relying too much on stats, playing less games makes it easier to have high rating, the more you play the harder it is to keep that level.
