They need to pay like 30k a month for a roster at the minimum for them to bomb out of challengers. So ascension doesn't make sense due to orgs not wanting to pay for teams so challengers would just basically be just be a bunch of free agent teams just chilling and playing for fun. Bro, they basically all the same. Sure some are better than others mechanically/game sense wise, but legit all t2 and t1 players are more or less the same. It's just about how well they work as a team and how well they can mesh together in real matches. A team of top tier players (Sentinels) but has language issues and a lack of a clear igl (not saying they hate each other but ya know) doesn't beat a team like EG who are all friends, playing for fun, and doing this as a team and together.
