When are we going to get another team like Pancada e amigos. Never, because in t2 people don't get picked up and if they do they get dropped. It's actually impossible for a free agent team to make it far anymore so the only rookies we'll ever see is that one every year who gets lucky. Basically no new talent can ever make it, and teams don't want to participate in t2.

Riot needs to fix t2, no incentives to keep playing when you don't qualify for ascension. Tons of orgs pulling out because they don't want to pay 6 months salary for players to do nothing, and people are left without a job as of right now. Chance of getting into ascension is a bit rough ATM with how t2 is structured. Playing in challengers literally sucks for orgs because they lose probably over 7 figures for essentially nothing.

Iron players don't get to play the game a lot and they have some smurf ruining the experience for them so they can't enjoy the game, and learn how to play the game.
JollzTV a popular streamer is doing a challenge where he is going for knife to gold. It's really annoying for a few reasons, it ruins the experience of his teammates who might be losing because of this braindead challenge. And he's also smurfing in iron, while being a radiant. Either way he's ruining the game for someone. You can argue he's using a knife so it should be fair right? Wrong, most players don't listen to audio ques in lower elo so he can just omen tp behind and kill all 4, and when the enemy does listen to audio he's ruining the game for the 4 teammates he has. I don't see why riot allows this kind of content and even invites jollz to events, and riot content testing.
Also to get these iron accounts he needs to either grief games or buy the account both of which is against riots TOS
