Not really, you tend to have low KAST with a playstyle like that but you win a round for ur team by getting just 1 kill, all you need to do is take space after killing anchor player.

Tbh reyna lurk is sort of viable, if I had something like Reyna heal on cypher I would be way more efficient as a lurker with more multikill potential cuz you usually get 1v1 gunfights if you are on a lurk, and if you take too much damage as cypher you have less potential for going aggro and killing rotation players after killing the anchor, when on Reyna if u kill the anchor you can push spawn and get 1-2 more since you are always at 100+ hp. I'm not saying that this kind of playstyle is optimal but at least it is not 100% a throw.

The thing is, you are not supposed to troll in radiant, most people in radiant are very serious about the game since ranked is one of the ways to get tryouts in teams if u perform, so if some monkey starts trolling and running it down he deserves to get called out. Look at DotA and how many top tier pros came from playing ranked, miracle and topson were once just rank 1 players who got their chance to get into tier 2 stacks and then top tier teams because they were rank 1.
