so, i like to classify them on tier 2

tier 1: all franchise players. 30 teams, 150+ players.

tier 2: Ascension teams. basically all teams from all different VCL that qualified to Ascension. 10 teams per region with total 30 teams, 150+ players. only 1 teams per region (total 3) can be promoted until 2026.

tier 3: all VCL, including Americas (3 VCLs), EMEA (9 VCLs), and Pacifics (10 VCLs). 200+ teams, 1000+ players.

tier 4: nothing?
