Sounds hype but realistically would they run team well and “act” as an org better than more established Esports Orgs? I know there’s horribly run orgs like the guard obviously, but I hope if they were to take the team on they would have the players interests as a priority above all else.
Personally I would either like G2 or Optic to take the core of the team assuming 3 or all 5 of them stay together. Probably it’ll be the 3 of JonahP, Tex, and Valyn. Trent and Net have been trialing, nothing official. Ideally I would hope all 5 stay plus Josh the coach.

and end up dreading or unfilled with the work even though the pay is great will you really be happy? There’s also the possibility of switching to business admin major and teaching later down the line after spending time in that field. A lot of my high school teachers had pretty solid careers in their field and were there for a bit and later down the line they switched to teaching because they had a passion for it despite not making as much as they did.

I believe most players will need to have flexibility (besides the igl imo) like you said in order to succeed.
I see a lot of blame on the guard and rightfully so but also Riot deserves equal blame for not seeing the high risk the guard posed due to financially instability. For all of riots efforts to vet teams into the franchised leagues they screwed up just as bad as the guard did. Imagine the guard decided to find the all players an org or at least the players teams knowing they couldn’t do the league. Big bruh moment.
Might be role clash but personally I would switch S0m to initiator keep Zander on smoke, have Trent as flex, FNS as primary sentinel/igl, and Cryo as duelist ofc.
Honestly bang didn’t perform that great this year and well Asuna is Asuna and while he has his moments, and I do really like him it might be time to move on either to another team or streaming. Personally I would be ok if they just built the roster around Cryo and maybe bang.
