Neon is super hard to play. Not very fun to play with either. It's just the pros complained 24/7 cause its annoying to play against so they nerfed it. This is actually riots fault. Old neon prebuff with two stuns was balanced and was still viable.
But they had to change the jett/raze meta and pros learned to play neon. Now we back where we began back to jett and raze while other duellists rarely get the light of day in vct. Btw neon is also only diving duelist except raze and jett.
