The Pacific League is self-explanatory. DRX was always dominant because they've stolen away literally pretty much the best players for every role of the region.
The EMEA league has FNC dominant because EMEA has a lot of awesome players but they're all split into a bunch of shitty teams, while FNATIC has managed to make a roster with 5 top players.
Americas would be more competitive if NA teams had a fucking brain.

BuZz is clearly one of the best Jett players in the league, but unlike Aspas, his team doesn't always play around his very good Jett.
Instead, he plays Raze on maps like Fracture and Split, which are more suited for Raze.
This should be solved with the addition of Foxy9, who is really good at both Jett and Raze.
Stax said that DRX wouldn't be playing double duelist, which would mean that Foxy9 is going to be the only duelist on the team.

Just assessing strong/popular teams in no particular order.
NRG: crashies is one of the best initiators, and FNS is as far as I know one of the best IGLs as well. Honestly, I've always been a bit skeptical of Victor, but he was still a valuable part of OpTic so I won't count him out. S0M showed up really nicely at LOCK//IN and I can never forget ardiis' clutch against DRX. I'd at least consider NRG an NA superteam, if not a global one.
DRX: If Zest or Rb are the weakest links, then DRX has to be a superteam. stax and buzz are two of the best intiators/duelists, while I personally consider MaKo to be the best controller right now.
C9: Not even a question after yay left.
LOUD: All members of the team are equally valuable, in my opinion, and they're equal to the highest standard.
100T: Noteworthy members of Cryo and bang. I didn't see much from Cryo at LOCK//IN, but I think that's just because he was on Omen for whatever reason. bang is great, but not comparable to MaKo or Tuyz. But even if Cryo was Derke level or bang was MaKo level, Asuna, Stellar, and Derrek are not a "superteam" core.
FNATIC: Same assessment as LOUD.
SEN: Superteam on paper with core of pANcada, Sacy, and Zekken. Unlucky that they went up against FNATIC first, so I can't really assess them yet.
