They didn't keep the roster, nor the coach nor the formula for a great team( no language barrier, synergy, role comfortability). So, you could argue that the management made the same exact mistake as last year.
Verno is probably a rough diamond but insane talent nonetheless. Trent is the first choice obv but TGRD making it to the league makes it a bit too complicated.

Ascent is easier to pug also the meta comp on ascent fits their roles better. TenZ/zekken- Jett, TenZ/zekken - kayO, marved-astra/omen, pANcada- kj, sacy -sova.

Yes, for sure. There could have been an anti-strat angle but SEN didn't do anything to counter that Furia comp that they have been running for a while. They didn't take A lobby with breach util, didn't push mid so Furia easily overwhelmed them on site hits. Caoch issue. SEN should try to get sgares alongside kaplan at any cost
You can't blame dephh fully for his style of calling, it's default heavy. It was coach's fault for not identifying earlier that he wasn't the right fit for this group of players.
It's easier to pug Ascent than it is do on haven. Haven is a 3 site map, you need good understanding of the opponent and the map. Also, SEN could have had a better/ more suitable comp for their players on ascent or fracture. Zekken didn't look comfortable on Breach against FNC as well, it was a very weird decision. Specially cz they have been banning it till now which means they either ain't good on it or haven't practiced that map until very very recently. Huge gamble that costed them playoffs
NRG is actually going to 2-0 EG, SEN had a very good chance tbh.
Whose idea was it to let Haven go through LMAO? One of Furia's most played map but SEN didn't look prepared at all despite Furia not changing the comp! They had a way better chance keeping fracture or ascent open.
Prime example why coaches are so important in any sports. Bum old fashioned coaches who are stubborn and would rather play old bums than give the youngsters a chance are a threat to society.

TenZ just doesn't have that "I AM HIM" energy. Leaf, aspas,derke could ge having a bad game but then snap out of it and end strong bc of that energy, tenz just crumbles into a ball if things are not going right for him.
Zekken on the other hand, gets back up, works hard and focuses on improving his gameplay rather than wasting way too much time and energy on sensitivity, mouse, mousepad and all that other bullshit. Zekken has the right mindset to be a star.

Nah he trolls too much in ranked and let's it affect his mental. You can't be like that in pro matches and he is like that sometimes and I think that's the reason he struggles to recover from a bad start or a bad map unlike aspas or derke etc. As for aim, ranked players have insane mechanics too, you would often see TenZ getting out aimed. He is not 'all aim no brain' as people say. He is smart as long as he can keep his mental together.
