Each one of them has experience competing at the highest level. Give them a bit of time(this off-season if SEN plans early) and they will conquer the world.

They were already in talks with him for 2023 szn but it didn't end happening cz SEN went for the BR package deal. If they can convince him again, I don't think buyout would be an issue.
Communication is the issue. Sacy is inconsistent. Currently s0m is as good, if not better imo. It's true that role shift hasn't done him any justice but his comm is the biggest issue.
Joining a VCT team would be an upward trajectory for his career
It's not easy to learn a new language in 20+ age. He doesn't even play ranked to get more fluent and that would cost a team rounds in pressure situations. I don't even blame him, it's just hard. Knowing how to efficiently comm and process information quickly ain't easy to learn.
pANcada's english doesn't convince me. S tier communication is a must to build chemistry, that's the main thing SEN lacked in 2023.
Ideal SEN 2024 that would get second place everywhere after C9:

2024 roster is gonna be:
Leaf, xeppaa, trent, jakee and an IGL I am not sure about. This will be the best team in NA
It definitely was not. C9 needs an initiator main. Xeppa is a flex+duelist
They ain't getting rid of xeppaa and leaf. They are trialing new players and it's just efficient to trial multiple people at once. Also, it's easier to notice real gems among a bunch of wannabies and inexperienced randoms. So it's most likely a strategy from mCe to let new kids stand out in trials rather than having leaf just sh*tting on everybody and then you don't know who is good and who is just happy to be there.
I mean they could be trialing multiple players for the same spot in different days.
Aspas can perform even when his team is down bad. Derke is good but he isn't even the 2nd best on his team. Yay and TenZ are skillful but hard to judge their impact rn. So yeah, Aspas is the GOAT

If TenZ goes flex then having both him and Asuna wouldn't make any sense.
They didn't keep the roster, nor the coach nor the formula for a great team( no language barrier, synergy, role comfortability). So, you could argue that the management made the same exact mistake as last year.
Verno is probably a rough diamond but insane talent nonetheless. Trent is the first choice obv but TGRD making it to the league makes it a bit too complicated.

That's the agents they put him on so those are the agents you got to see! Leaf only played jett this whole tourney, does that mean he is only good at jett? TenZ has showed that with time and effort he can adapt and learn new agents and that's the main thing.
