MaKo, RienS, and my hot take, Jamppi
i do think that heretics and fnc are a step ahead of every single team in emea rn (especially th)
i don't think that any top 3 or top 4 team from emea are going to make an insane run at champs (fut, kc, vit, maybe liquid could)
i do think unfake is kinda washed rn but sevire is a really good pickup for any team looking to rebuild
nataNk
Yohpa
CyvOph
izana
enzo (possible comeback?)
and also players from their vcl league
f4ngeer
sayonara
all looking promising
my top bet is on yohpa tho
i'd still give him the rest of the year, at the end of the day, he has worked really hard for 3 years in tier 2 to get a spot in franchising
adjusting is hard, i'm sure he will be a lot better by stage 2 (he is already a lot better than he was in kickoff)
m80 before they had chet (i miss the johnqt zander eeiu roster)
only player you could drop for demon1 is yay, because demon1 won't play full time duelist like icy (except on icebox)
demon1 should honestly learn sentinel too
pls🙏
idc if the buyout is a gazillion dollars
watching this team play attack is painful af
even if we qualify to toronto i hope we get a proper head coach for stage 2
heretics would lose to dfm if it meant playing a final
can we PLEASE, CAN WE PLEASE STOP PLANTING AT 0:21
nah man, i talked to him last week and he told me he wants to go to global esports, but fnc don't want to sell him
then i got my facts wrong there
still, the point and the cases of non-igls getting good at the role still stand
they should redo the map pool honestly
i don't hate on any player, but koi is not going anywhere if they keep flyuh
he has not been a leader for the team, and his calling has been mediocre at best
there has been a lot of rounds that an immortal player would set up better than flyuh
liquid didn't have a stable igl from 2021 to 2022. the igling was something it mostly rotated between jamppi, soulcas, and sometimes scream. emil said it on an interview sometime ago, i don't have a link though, i just remember hearing it during a match
and i'm pretty sure boo wasn't always the igl in heretics pre-2024, i think zeek was meant to be the igl but he got dropped, and weber took over the role. heretics in 2023 suffered from the same problem as g2 did back when they played in emea: they didn't have an igl
virtyy might be the rookie of the year for americas i'm not kidding
idk how you can be so sure about that when liquid has been succesful under soulcas' igling in the past
it was a different and simpler meta, sure, but currently in valorant, there's not good enough igls to compete in tier 1 (who are also good at shooting), so you have to make up igls from somewhere. that's pretty much what bbl did with jamppi, what heretics did with boo, or what liquid did with nats, and their micro is really impressive coming from "non-igls"
i think he's the best option for koi rn
'wtf is this role shitshow' and you proceed to say the exact same roster i said except u change guardy for grubi
soulcas would play smokes
zach duelist
guardy initiator
natank flex
olizera sentinel
really simple, only soulcas would have to adapt to a new role (thing he has done in the past)
he igled for liquid in the past, and you're not going to keep flyuh
leo
aspas
chronicle
tenz
derke
f0rsakeN
riens
ZmjjKK
buzz
nats
i think that
filu/zachkappa
guardy
olizera
soulcas (igl)
natank
yaba hc
looks viable no?
he's not even a top 10 flex in brazil
if he gets to loud bc of the visa then he just got lucky to born in the usa ig
it'd be worth it if they got sato, but idk who they're getting atp
i mean maybe sayf was just taking a shit
map picking is normally for the igl but really any player can do it
even if they choke this he has proven to be a top 3 controller in americas
ever since v1 this guy deserved to get a spot on a tier 1 team
after 3 years of tier 2, he might finally qualify to an international event
my goat
keep leo's name out of YOUR FUCKING MOUTH...
i mean i do agree that pancada is a better player under a better structure
but xenom still got a lot of potential
on the case where xenom underperforms and is holding back mibr, i agree w this take
but signing pancada now w how xenom is playing rn is trolling
i need to see more of vora, because (sometimes) he plays worse than usual against team with actual structure and experienced players (Cubert, YFP, M80...)
seven is one of the players w the most trajectory and would be considered the most experienced rookie in valorant if he ever plays tier 1. i also heard that his comms are good, which would be an upgrade already from neT's
maybe vora has more potential and has better peaks (this one i doubt), but i just trust seven more (and i also want to see him in tier 1 one day)
c9:
replace net w skuba and xeppaa w seven
kick immi and sign drewspark
HYUNMIN
H1ber
HyP
Habib (Trent)
Hiro
Coach: Happy
he's not top 10 americas or anything but he might be the most underrated player in americas (and even vct)
then people complain when emea is the worst region in terms of viewership
she is a excellent analysy, as a caster?? eeeh... not so much
but she has a nice personality tho, i like her
either of these 2 teams are getting eliminated first round
ha! gotcha! you aren't a professional player! so you can't criticize!
he is, by all means, the greatest player of all time
and i won't argue this w anyone
