VCL sucks and M80 already lost almost 1 million dollars just trying to ascend (money which they haven't recovered), and will lose more if they fail to qualify in 2025. This is precisely why Leo Fahria's system sucks, you decide to trust that orgs will invest and pickup teams. DarkZero pickup Turtle Troop for only one month, and even assuming the TT players were paid decently for that month, that doesn't make up for all the time in the season they didn't get a single cent

With this system, tier-2 will only get worse and players will stop trying to chase a career
