well in csgo when u win a major u win 1milion and let's say 500k to the org and 100k to each player. It's not small amount right? But in valorant champions the winner only get 350k from a 1m prize pool, the thing riot did was actually to drop a champions bundle and raised total 15milion and only 7.5 milion goes to the teams (all of them) each team gets 468.750 dollars. In csgo there's stickers that orgs earn money from, so the prize pool in tourneys is important i think not for all but masters and champions should have a decent amount of prize pool.
heroic try8ng to get franchise and there's no other org that can sign them

m3c also tried 1ndra but they continue trialing with jady, if u want to sign a player that fits current roster u have to sign someone that has good comms and stick to the strats of the team. Monsteer was suggested by starxo and he actually fit and vakk played before with cned, starxo and coach nbs so they need someone that can stick to plans and have good comms

trialing players takes long, u have to sign the player that fits with the current roster. there's still 19 days till LCQ so teams will probably sign the players after 10-14 days
u can't sign the player without trialing. u have to find the best player to fit the team
