yes people do this alot but they aren't in b0i's position. Usually they're in like A main or smtg in a close angle where people MUST be peeking to kill you. in this situation he didn't know whether people were on site or not so he would have to be spraying around the whole site

3.)same as my point 1, not a single person was looking at him. the skye flash by neptune flashed near top gen, which could have been hell or anywhere else on site which is where people would expect, not close right
