I agree-espec with the point on skill celing lowering.

We saw in Chamber meta how much util and map control was used and fought over-its what made huge brain igls like fns saadhak and ange1 top of the world-then after he was nerfed we see more and more teams not being aware of util, not being good at taking portions of the map etc.
